Founder (in 2001) and organiser of thePoetry on the Lake international Celebration, competition, and events ( on Lake Orta, in the Italian Alps, patron: the British Poet Laureate, Carol Ann Duffy. Editor of the annual anthologies and of Poetry on the Lake Journal. Past activities include events and seminars on community communication for the Venice Biennale, exhibitions and cultural events in Milan, Venice and Umbria. Author of guidebooks, handbooks on the use of video in communities, articles on folklore and local history, and the novel IKON.
